1. General Information
RentGo Da Nang operates as an independent car rental platform connecting travelers with local car rental partners in Da Nang, Vietnam.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. The information displayed on the website is provided for general guidance and may change based on availability, season, or local regulations.
2. Booking and Payment
- Reservations can be made through our website or approved communication channels
- Many vehicles are available with no credit card requirement and low deposit options
- Accepted payment methods may include debit card, cash, or other locally approved methods at pickup
- Rental prices include applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise
Optional extras such as child seats, additional drivers, or extended coverage may be offered at an additional cost and are subject to availability.
3. Driver Requirements
- The minimum driver age varies by vehicle category and is clearly stated before booking
- Drivers must hold a valid driving license accepted in Vietnam
- An International Driving Permit may be required depending on license origin
- Drivers must meet minimum driving experience requirements specified for each vehicle
All drivers must present original documents at pickup.
4. Vehicle Pickup and Return
Vehicles may be collected and returned at agreed locations within Da Nang or surrounding areas as confirmed in the booking details.
The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle on the agreed date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear.
5. Use of the Vehicle
- The vehicle may only be driven by authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement
- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or substances is forbidden
- Off road use or driving outside permitted areas may not be allowed
The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or violations incurred during the rental period.
6. Insurance and Liability
Basic insurance coverage is included as required by local regulations.
Optional extended coverage may be available to reduce financial responsibility in the event of damage, subject to policy terms.
Insurance coverage does not apply in cases of negligence, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.
7. Accidents and Breakdowns
In the event of an accident or mechanical issue, the renter must contact the rental provider or local partner immediately and follow provided instructions.
Failure to report incidents promptly may affect insurance coverage.
8. Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellation and modification terms depend on the selected vehicle and partner
- Free cancellation may be available if made within the specified time frame
- No shows or late cancellations may result in charges
9. Limitation of Liability
RentGo Da Nang is not responsible for indirect losses, missed travel connections, or additional expenses resulting from vehicle issues beyond reasonable control.
Our role is limited to facilitating bookings and providing accurate information based on partner data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Vietnam.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
